Fairy Lake Botanical Garden hailed as 'Shenzhen's Monet Garden'
During the Spring Festival holiday, Fairy Lake Botanical Garden received a total of 360,000 visitors, earning the nickname "Shenzhen's Monet Garden." The tulips in the garden are as beautiful as an oil painting, attracting visitors to come and take photos.
Located in Luohu district, Shenzhen, Fairy Lake Botanical Garden covers an area of 546 hectares and was established in 1983, officially opening to the public in 1988. Serving as a crucial research center for ornamental plants in China, Fairy Lake Botanical Garden integrates plant collection, research, science popularization, and leisure tourism.
In 2007, Fairy Lake Botanical Garden was designated as a national AAAA scenic spot, and in 2008, it was recognized as a "National Key Park."
