Positioned as a flagship initiative of the APEC Esports Center, the championship leveraged esports as a conduit, cultural bonds as a tether, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a focal point. Infusing traditional cultural elements, the championship aspired to interconnect esports industries in various provinces and cities through the dynamic amalgamation of "esports plus urban culture."
