New Yitian Holiday Plaza to fuel Luohu economy
Luohu Yitian Holiday Plaza, covering a floor area of around 120,000 square meters and situated in the core of Luohu district, Shenzhen, was recently unveiled.
As the second Yitian Holiday Plaza in Shenzhen, Luohu Yitian Holiday Plaza, which is bolstered by multiple transport links, a diverse range of customers, and complete supporting facilities like medical and educational resources, aims to create an immersive shopping center to help fuel Luohu’s business and economic growth.
Luohu Yitian Holiday Plaza plans to establish a building complex that encompasses business, arts, and creative blocks, including Shenzhen’s first building designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, a nature park jointly designed with Tokyo-based architecture firm A.N.D., and a “flower forest” outdoor block inspired by the flower market on the district’s Aiguo Road.
