The Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway project marked a major milestone on May 20 with the successful installation of the first concrete support beam for the second foundation pit at the western section of Shenguan Tunnel (Section 4). For instance, high-speed rail service will allow passengers to travel between the Qianhai and Shekou Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen and the Nansha Free Trade Zone in Guangzhou in just 30 minutes.
