The National Intellectual Property (IP) Operation (Shenzhen Hetao) International Transformation Pilot Platform was recently approved for construction. This newly established platform will focus on key areas such as facilitating international patent conversion and matching, offering transaction services, and supporting talent development, international exchanges, and policy consultation.
Since its approval, the platform has proactively collaborated with universities, research institutions, service providers, and various intellectual property operation platforms to create comprehensive, all-encompassing IP platforms. Its goal is to gather high-quality patents, foster effective information exchanges, and cultivate international intellectual property professionals.
Leveraging the unique geographic location of the Shenzhen Park of Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone and the resources of the City University of Hong Kong, the platform will connect global innovation resources. This effort will promote international scientific cooperation and cross-border IP transactions, ultimately facilitating the application of global innovations within the Chinese mainland and further enhancing IP collaboration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
