Guangzhou-Shenzhen integrated services platform launched
On January 26, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen integrated services platform was officially launched in Guangdong, with the primary objective of enhancing public access to governmental services. This comprehensive platform offers over 100 services across various sectors, including social security, medical care, administrative services, and transportation. It has offered services for more than 11,000 times in total.
In the life services sector, the platform encompasses features such as public transport QR codes, subway line maps, hospital registration, and electronic medical insurance certificates. These services are consolidated into a single app accessible to residents in both Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
The personal affairs section of the platform caters to individual needs, facilitating processes such as social security applications, household registration transfers, real estate registration inquiries, and vocational certificate verifications. Users can conveniently make real-time online inquiries at any time and from anywhere.
For enterprises, the platform's enterprise affairs section offers services like industry licensing, filing, and company deregistration. This not only supports the operational needs of businesses but also enhances the smooth flow of production factors between the two cities.
