China releases plan to facilitate Shenzhen-Hong Kong innovation

China’s State Council recently unveiled a plan for the Shenzhen park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (HTCZ), amid efforts to further implement the outline development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The plan aims at pushing forward the high-quality construction of the Shenzhen park to top-level standards and seeking synergistic development of the park with the Hong Kong section.
