At the conference, industry experts and scholars from around the world discussed the future development of the industry and how to inject new, strong momentum into the high-quality development of the global UHD video industry.
In the view of the conference’s participants, the semiconductor industry shows that a new global pattern is taking shape, and the UHD video industry has developed into a competitive industry for China.
They believe that the global video industry is at a crucial restructuring phase, and the country needs to take advantage of this opportunity to promote the high-quality development of the industry.
In 2022, the sales revenue of Guangdong’s UHD video industry was 606.35 billion yuan ($87.43 billion). The output of color TVs, panel production capacities, and the number of 4K TV channels, 4K users, 5G base stations, mobile broadband users, and 5G mobile phone users in the province all ranked first in China.
