Hub for IPR talent in Greater Bay Area built
An intellectual property (IPR) rights talent hub of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) was recently built in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province.
The hub is expected to attract high-end IPR talent and professionals from home and abroad to the GBA. It will also serve as a platform for talent cultivation, exchange, and employment.
In addition, the hub has built the GBA International Talent Big Data Platform, matching IPR with industrial development and innovation.
Meanwhile, a GBA IPR expert think tank was also established under the hub. So far, the first batch of 100 scholars and experts have joined the think tank, covering a wide field of IPR administration, judicial protection, proxy services, lawsuits, theoretical research, and training.
The Guangzhou authorities noted that they will fully support to the operation of the hub to promote the GBA’s high-quality development.
