A forum on arbitration high-quality development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) was held in Dongguan, Guangdong province, on April 10.
The forum aimed to build an exchange platform to promote high-quality development of the arbitration industry in the GBA.
Experts from Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing provided suggestions for arbitration institutions in the GBA to better participate in international arbitration, to train first-class legal personnel, and to improve the business environment through arbitration services.
Participants of the forum discussed how arbitration is conducive to promoting the integrated development of commercial laws in the Greater Bay Area.
