On Jan. 27, the CPC Luohu Committee held a meeting to convey, study, and deploy the content and directives of recent conferences conducted by the Guangdong Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the top political advisory body of the province, and Guangdong People's Congress, the top legislative body in Guangdong.

According to the meeting, it is of the utmost political importance for the district to understand the contents of the province's "two sessions." Therefore, all government departments in the district and all sub-district offices must convey the contents of the meetings and study how to implement the relevant deployments according to local circumstances. All Party organizations and Party members in Luohu must carefully study and accurately understand the gist of the meetings and the district must take full advantage of its media organizations to publicize its contents.

The meeting stressed that Luohu authorities must consolidate their confidence around development, focus on this year's work objectives and missions, and seize every minute to work hard to guarantee a preferential beginning for the commencement of the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25). Additionally, all relevant departments in Luohu must be able to extract the key points, opportunities, and work to be accomplished from the contents of the Guangdong "two sessions" and accelerate the construction of Luohu as an all-embracing hub of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to make its due contribution to the implementation of the national development strategy in Guangdong as well as the province's development. Finally, all relevant departments must act promptly and fulfill their responsibilities to ensure all tasks are completed prior to the stated deadlines so that Luohu can demonstrate excellent work when commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC this year.
