On Feb. 8, the Cloud International Tech & Finance Center was officially launched. Over a hundred distinguished guests, including Luohu district officials, representatives from financial institutions, partner banks, and key enterprises, gathered to explore the center’s role in urban renewal, industrial upgrading, and its potential to drive Luohu’s high-quality development.
Standing at 333 meters, the Cloud Rise International Tech & Finance Center is one of 30 key themed buildings in Luohu’s 2025 development plan. Designed as a world-class 5A-grade office complex, it features state-of-the-art spaces, facilities, and intelligent systems. Adopting the “one building, one specialty” approach, the center is set to become a hub for fintech and high-end services, attracting businesses across the industrial chains.
