Luohu’s September general civilization index released

Luohu District's general civilization index for September was recently unveiled, revealing the top three sub-districts as Nanhu, Huangbei, and Guiyuan.
Based on two scores in civilization and sanitation, this index aims to address significant challenges Luohu faces, including urban villages, older residential areas, weak infrastructure, and high population density.
