Luohu unveils new land for Hong Kong enterprises
Luohu district in Shenzhen unveiled a new 96,000 square meter plot of land near Luohu Port at a Shenzhen-Hong Kong commerce and trade promotion fair on Dec. 30.
The land, designated B1, will be used to accommodate new projects and incoming enterprises, and will feature a total of 2.4 million square meters of office space.
District officials also introduced Luohu’s latest supporting policies and measures to promote Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated development and cooperation at the event.
By allocating more land and space for projects and companies coming from Hong Kong, the district is showing its commitment to welcoming and supporting enterprises and talent from the special administrative region, said Head of Luohu district Fan Defan.
Fan added that the district will take full advantage of its strengths to serve Hong Kong-funded enterprises and Hong Kong residents in Luohu to support their development, living and working needs.
